Stock plans have five pricing categories to pick from:
- Shell: we will build the foundation, frame the shell (windows-exterior doors incl.), install the siding and roof shingles. Prices start at $45 Per Sqft.
- Shell plus: we start with our shell package and build to your specific stage. Prices are project specific. Contact us for more information.
- Standard: we will build from a 2' foundation to turn-key excluding the services listed below. Prices start at $75 Per Sqft.
- Standard plus: add one or more of the following services to the Standard Package listed above (check our interior and exterior standards):
- All inclusive: we do it all including all the services listed above. Enjoy the following benefits:
- Save a minimum of 15% on subcontractor services.
- You are assured that all construction phases are done right, on time, on budget, and according to plan.
