Third Party Verification: When a home is complete, Malli Homes contacts ENERGY STAR Certified raters to conduct onsite testing and inspections to verify energy efficiency measures, as well as insulation, air tightness, and sealing details. Each Malli Home (both our Standard and Zero-Energy Home Designs) comes with the ENERGY STAR Seal & Certificate. Our goal is to provide better homes and lower ownership costs to our Clients.
