How Your Home Earns the ENERGY STAR Seal & Certificate: At the start of your project Malli Homes partners with an ENERGY STAR Rater. During construction, the Rater verifies the building components installed in your home. After construction, the Rater conducts onsite testing with a blower door test, duct pressure test, and a whole house infrared imaging.
