Chris Marler Chris Marler grew up in Ashland, Oregon building and renovating homes with his family and went on to build, renovate, and sell many of his own. He joined the US Marines right after High School and then became a ski patroller and avalanche safety coordinator after his Military Service. After a serious back injury, due to skiing, Chris new it was time for a change. In 2003, Chris and his two friends started a residential construction company that specializes in building Green and Energy Efficient Homes. As a builder he assisted buyers who were interests in purchasing his homes and real estate agents that represented his projects. Chris's business partner, Amal Malli, staged and marketed the homes.
