• Paperwork: Once financing is secured, the Concept Plan & Estimate Worksheet are agreed on, a contract is executed for building your home
• Site Acquisition: Malli Homes Real Estate Team & Preconstruction Services will assist you in finding an ideal home-site
• Site Planning: After a lot is acquired, a Site Plan is developed and the building parameters of your lot are determined with input from you, us, and the Engineers. In addition, there are county ordinances that must be complied with and folded into the list of factors to consider
